Our route runs the length of the park and north along the Lansing River Trail, then turns around and comes back the same way. Flat, paved, and friendly for every pace. Start and finish at the Red Tail Shelter.
Marked on the map by the green dot. Check in here, and finish back at the same shelter.
South through the park past the Kestrel Shelter and playground, west by the park entrance, then north along the Lansing River Trail on the west side of the lake.
The red line continues north past the edge of the map. You will turn around and retrace the same route to the shelter, 5K in total.
