Year One ♥
Look how far we've come

In one year, this community proved that showing up matters.

Our very first Hope In Every Step brought neighbors, students, and families to Hawk Island Park, walking side by side to break the stigma around mental health. This year, we go again, together.

Why we walk

Every step carries a reason.

01

For community.

Mental health gets lighter when it's carried together. We walk to remind every Spartan and neighbor that they belong, and that this community has their back.

02

For honest conversations.

Stigma grows in silence. Every step we take in the open makes it a little easier for someone to say "I'm struggling," and to be met with care instead of judgment.

03

For real support.

Every registration and dollar goes to mental health care, funding the counseling, resources, and crisis support that help people heal close to home.
